Whether it is a contractor who has failed to deliver what was promised or an insurance company who is denying you coverage as required under your contract of insurance we are able to assist you by reviewing your contract and fighting to get you what you deserve. Our involvement often results in settlements and the completion of the contracted work however we are prepared to take matters to the Court for resolution when negotiations break down.

Dismissal, Harassment And Other Employment Issues

The Employer/Employee relationship is one guided by contracts and legislation. Communication between the two parties sometimes breaks down, particularly if an employee feels he or she is being treated unfairly. We offer the following services:

Real Property Disputes

We represent clients who are faced with various issues relating to property, property purchases and sale transactions. Where one party fails to close as scheduled, we can assist with a breach of contract case.

We also deal with boundary and right-of-way disputes, alleged encroachments, shared well and drive-way issues and nuisance cases where one person’s land has been adversely effected by something on or traveling from another’s property.

We are often called on after a property purchase has closed to deal with issues such as allegations of misrepresentation by builders or sellers of new construction. Cases can involve seeking damages and repairs for undisclosed issues and compensation for lost value.

We represent builders, contractors and trades people with collection matters and liens pursuant to the Builders’ Lien Act by filing liens and commencing Court Actions for payment when necessary.
